Creative Work and Contributions

Rock Soup does not claim ownership of any work created by members on the platform. Collaboration agreements define the terms of each project, including roles, responsibilities, and ownership. Contributors retain rights to their own work as specified in their project agreements.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your skills, experience, or identity on the platform
• Use the platform to harass, deceive, or exploit other members
• Violate any collaboration agreement you have signed
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass platform security measures
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce or distribute other members' work without authorization

Limitation of Liability

Rock Soup provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding the success of collaborations formed through the platform. We are not responsible for disputes between members, the quality of work produced, or financial outcomes of projects. Rock Soup facilitates collaboration infrastructure; it does not handle financial transactions between members. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Rock Soup's liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
